Surf Forecast - BBC1 Ceefax page 429 - Surf forecast is updated daily at 9am. Includes Pease Bay (near North Berwick, north of St Abbs, Banborough and North Shields) Porthrush (actual Northern Ireland but close to Macrihanish and Stranraer) Newquay and the Hebrides. It seems pretty accurate as someone goes at looks at the surf each morning
Easy Tide - Get 7 days of UKHO tide tables for any port for free.
Met office British Isles rainfall animation - Shos all precipitation over last 6 hours. Updated every hour. Best way of predicting river levels
Scottish River levels - The SCA put together this great site which calculates the river levels from SEPA data. Updated at 7am every day
MetCheck - Gives long range forecast including rainfall, but like any long range forecast not very accurate
EA Rivercall (scroll to almost bottom of page) - Nigel Timmins is compiling a list of how river levels relate to EA Rivercall data
