How to Join
If you are not a beginner you can join the club at any time by completing the membership form and turning up for one of the regular club sessions at the Sands Centre.
If you are a beginner you need to pre book on to one of our beginner sessions, which commence on the first Tuesday of each month from April – September. Go to the Getting Started section for more information.
Membership entitles you to participate in club activities, use club facilities and equipment, attend meetings of the club committee, attend and vote at the clubs AGM and join our Facebook page. By joining the club you are agreeing to abide by our codes of practice.
The membership form, can be down loaded from the Resources section. Print it, fill it in and post it with a cheque payable to Carlisle Canoe Club to Martin Middleton, 156 Wigton Road, Carlisle, CA2 7ET.
There are four levels of membership:
- Adult £23.00
- Student (over 18years)/Unemployed £15.00
- Junior (under 18 years £15.00
- Family £35.00
Membership is annual and runs from April 1st till March 31st each year.
