Paul, David and Tom paddled the Esk in Eskdale in south Cumbria, not the Border Esk.

The walk-in

A large dead salmon floating past, presumably having swum up various waterfalls, spawned, and died.

Big waterfalls above the 7 'runnable' falls.

Paul and David found a mud-splat to play in (there was too much water for the gill scramblers who had gone and slid down here and into the hole instead)
