Sorry for lack of administration

Just been cleaning up the forum so that its half decent, from now on no stupid people will be signing up offering us all viagra. I've made it so that all new members must be verified which is handy as i should be able to tell the good from the bad.

I've also just had a warning about server space on the server so i'll investigate this exsactly i'm not sure whats causing it.
